I slept until 8am so it was 9am before Daddy got me over to Mimz' home so he could go to work.

Picture of me as a cowboy pirate.
I talked and talked and talked this weekend.  Daddy taught me to say "Mimz" but I still call her Dee most of the time.  I said, "Why, Dee?" a LOT this weekend.
Mimz took me to our park to play and I was bitten at the base of my left thumb by one of those pesky ants that I am so allergic too.
My left arm swelled up, turned blotchy red, and was hot, so Mimz called Dr. Lacour's nurse.  She said to give me 1 teaspoon of Benydryl every 4 to 6 hours until the swelling goes away.  Next time we see Dr. Lacour we are to discuss getting an "epipen"  (Epinephrine injection) in case I have a sever reaction one day.
We met Barbara at the school and I got my first dose of medicine at 2pm in the school parking lot.  Barbara took me home with her.  First thing I did was put on my boots.  Then I drank some apple juice, and asked if we could play with "purple dough."   After 10 minutes of Play Dough play I was acting sleepy so I got on my pallet and read a couple of books before rolling over falling to sleep.  I slept for 3 1/2 hours.
I sat in my booster chair to eat dinner.  I had no choice since my high chair is gone.  This weekend Mommy and Barbara washed it and have it ready to be stored for the next grandchild.
At 6pm my arm was just a wee bit better, but still hot, red, and swollen so I had another dose of medicine.  I was starting to itch some bites, so Mommy and Barbara put some round dot bandaids on my booboos and on some non booboos (just for fun) as well.  They rubbed some cortizone cream on my arms also.  I was quiet most of the evening and at 10pm I had another dose of medicine.  By 10:15 I was asleep.
Even when I was not feeling my best, I never complained.  I just want to keep playing.
At the rodeo Mimz and Daddy had my picture taken sitting on this pony.   I think this is the first time I had been on a real pony.
