Daddy and his family started the long drive back home around 9am this morning.  I am looking forward to this weekend that I will spend with them.
I wanted Barbara to make some Jiffy cornbread for me breakfast.  She said she would make some but it would be later in the day.  I had a choice of raisin toast, eggs, grits, or any combination of those items.  I chose grits and some Yum Yum, which is my new favorite food.
The recipe for Yum Yum is a small handful of almonds, a small handful of walnuts, and five dates, chopped fairly fine in a food chopper.  It is one of Mommy's vegetarian recipes.
I did get some Jiffy cornbread and beans (which I did not want) later in the day.
Bridget is having five friends gather at my home this weekend for fun and to attend a wedding
Sarah Machen arrived about 10am this morning and after a couple minutes of shyness, she became another of my good friends.  She drove all the way from Alabama during the night.
Sarah likes my plasma car and I like Sarah.  You can probably guess she is a volleyball player by looking at those pretty legs.
Sarah loved my play room and she and I cooked in my kitchen, and drove trucks around.  We even crashed a couple of them into each other (not on purpose).  Sarah took a nap and I could not understand why she was not up and playing with me.
PaPa came to see me and while he was here we washed his truck...
...and I was a big help.  We also watered some new sod in my backyard.
Mommy found a transportation puzzle that I am not quite old enough to put together by myself, but I still love it.  It has a picture of a vehicle for every letter of the alphabet.  Oh, I can say the letters A through E.  (not all strung together, but one at a time).  Notice my alligator in the water at the other end of the train table from where I am sitting.
I try to find new ways to use everything.  This little stool is one example of that.
Me playing with trucks while watching Caillou.  Monk Monk in the foreground needs some sewing done in a couple of places.  That is on Barbara's To Do List.
I have most of my Caillou shows memorized.
After the yard was mowed, I helped fill the waterfall with water.  I was very careful to not get my boots wet.
