At 6am I was the first person awake.  I woke Barbara up and she kept me upstairs playing in my toy room and quiet until 7am, when we woke up Mommy.  I got to help fix breakfast and lunches for Mommy and me.

As soon as I was dressed and had my lunch in my backpack I was ready to go outside to play.  Barbara and I walked across the street to talk to the big school girl who was waiting for her bus.  She said the last day of school is May 31st so for the next two weeks I'll still be watching for school buses to wave to.
I had a good day at school even though we did not get to play outside because of the rain.  I was tired when Barbara picked me up from school.  I fell asleep half way home probably because I was up at 6am.
Mommy took half a day of vacation so she was home when we arrived.  She carried me to her bed and we took a nap together.  I was surprised and happy when I woke up to find her with me.  One of the best things about my mom is that she likes being outside with me and she will let me play on the driveway.  Barbara does not tolerate the heat well so she limits my time outside and she makes me stay inside the backyard fence.   I was sweaty and dirty so I needed a bath before dinner.
Barbara bought me some corn dogs after she found out from Mimz that I like them.  I ate two dipped in honey! 
The first hour after dinner I was in timeout at least six times for throwing things.  I would even say I was being mean.  I do not know what my problem was, but the rest of the evening I was a living doll.

A report just came out saying that Mason is the number two name for baby boys born in 2011. The year I was born it was number 35.
