I was up at 6:30am and was raring to go. I played quietly with books and blocks for an hour, then told Barbara I was hungry. We went downstairs and ate our breakfast outside. I played pretty much by myself just talking to Barbara to tell her about something I had just done. She talks back just like she understands my "gibberish.". Barbara says: "I am so going to enjoy having a fenced backyard. I can sit back and let Mason run to his hearts content knowing he is safely contained."
My crib mattress is on the floor until PaPa gets my toddler bed put together. I slept on that mattress all night and today I played on it for a long time, jumping on it and jumping off of it. Then I decided to take all my toys off the shelves and pile them on my bed.
It took me a long time...
but I never wavered ...
and worked....
and worked....
until the job was done.
Barbara asked me who was going to clean up that mess. I just smiled, put on some shoes, and left the room. Later I even helped put everything back in order. I have done things like that before. I am quite the little organizer.
I enjoyed a long bath with a bunch of toys. A funny thing: I looked at Barbara with big round eyes and round mouth and let her know I had just peed. That was the first time Barbara was aware that I had peed in my bath. I think I am getting closer to being ready to start potty training... not yet, but one of these days.
Climbing on my coupe. I climb on everything. Something I have done since I was just learning to sit up is turn everything upside down to see what is under it. Every car, truck, trike, wagon, motorcycle, and now even my big coupe, I have studied the under side. I just want to know what makes them tick, I guess.
Oh, Daddy and Mimz are converting my crib at Mimz to a toddler bed. I am really not a little baby any more!.
Barbara met Mimz so Mimz could start enjoying my company for the weekend. I had not had a nap so around 4pm Mimz asked me if I wanted to take a nap and watch Yo Gabba Gabba to help me fall asleep. I walked into the bedroom, climbed up onto the bed and five minutes later I was asleep.
