Barbara and I got to school early so we drove down Mimz street.  I knew right where we were and did not understand why we did not stop at Mimz home.  Barbara told me Mimz was on an adventure and I would see her in a few days.
I went to school happily.  Today was the first cool day we have had.  I needed a light jacket so I could play outside comfortably during recess.
I was almost to fall asleep on the trip home from school so Barbara asked me to untie and take off my shoes.  I was trying but was having a very hard time because I was almost asleep... then we had to stop for the train that passes near my home.  That woke me up.  I watched that long long train and I did not fall asleep on the last mile of our trip.

A funny thing:  Often we swing for ten to twenty minutes.  Barbara talks to me or tells me stories while she pushed me.  Today she sang You Are My Sunshine.  Then she started singing another song and I shook my head "no."  She named of a couple more songs and I shook my head "no".  She asked me if I wanted her to be quiet.  I nodded "yes."   "Sorry Barbara.  I love you even though I do not care to hear you sing."

It started getting cool so we put a jacket on me.  I am sitting on our neighbors chair watching for Mommy to get home from work.
Mimz and her friend Kay made it safely to Atlanta.
