Today I went to my first Valentine's Day Party.  I took 14 valentines for my friends and chicken nuggets to add to our meal.  I wore a red shirt.  I was ready to go to school because I had heard so much from everyone about this party.  I did not know what it was all about but I was excited.
At first I did not know what the valentines I got from my friends were, but when Barbara told me the names of the children who gave them to me I loved them.  I played with them all afternoon.  I only got a few little cards because several of my friends gave me little sacks of candy instead.  I ate the chewy fruit candy, but I think the plan is for Mommy to take the rest of the candy to work to give away.
It rained recently so I helped Grandma and Barbara empty the little waterfall in the back yard again.  Tomorrow Barbara will actually get it cleaned before filling it with water.
This morning on the trip to school I said, "Barbie, three buses!" because there were three school buses in a row waiting at a stop light.  Everyone is convinced I know what "three" means.  They think I am so smart.
