I really raised a ruckus this morning when Barbara was trying to put on a swim/pull-up diaper and my swim trucks on me.  I said I did not want to play in the water at school.  I did not play in the water last week at school.  I cried going into class because my teacher was not there.  She must not be able to get there at 9am because she was not there the last two times I went to school.
 I was asked to bring a shoe box size chunk of Styrofoam to school for a project, so I did.  I wonder what that is about???  We shall see.
Again I would not play in the water.  I would not let my teacher take off my shoes and socks.  I have agreed next week I will wear my crocks during swim time maybe then I will be willing to play in the water.
Every opportunity I have I want to play outside.  Barbara would watch me from inside.  When I came inside I would say I have been working hard and am hot and need a drink.  Sometimes I would be willing to get in the bathtub for a quick rinse or maybe I would play in the tub for a long time you never know with me.
At 4:15pm our electricity went off and it stayed off for five hours because of a big thunderstorm.  I had a good time using a flashlight.  Mommy and I went to a Chinese restaurant along with lots of other people who were also without electricity.  Mimz and Daddy were both without electricity.  Grandma did have electricity.
We ate dinner by flashlight.  Barbara told me stories about PaPa and me fishing and Mommy and me going to visit a fire station.  And I asked lots of questions about our electricity, the rain, thunder and lightening.
