Tuesday is water play day at school. My sunscreen was left at the lake so Grandma brought it to her office. Barbara and I stopped there on my way to school and Grandma coated me in sunscreen.
My summer time teacher's name is Miss Janet. She was my teacher last summer also.
I do not know why but I was not willing to get wet. I did not want to take off my shoes and socks. So I just played on the playground. Maybe next week I will be willing to play in the water. I am keeping my towel at school so we don't have to remember to bring it every Tuesday.
I am using the potty more and more every day. Today I used it four times successfully.
I am talking more every day. Today after brushing my hair, I looked in the mirror and said, "Handsome." Barbara said, "Caillou is eating waffles. Would you like some waffles, Mason?" I said, "Caillou's eating pancakes, not waffles." I correct Barbara every time she says the wrong thing. I sometimes finish her sentences.
I was pretending to fish with my fishing pole. Barbara asked me if I had caught any fish. I said, "No. I am fishing for a boot." I have several stories where the fisherman caught boots, not fish. I think I am pretty funny.
Mommy got home, gave me a bath, and then we played in my big toy room. We played with Play Dough, played with puppets, read books, and played Hide and Seek. We laughed a lot.
I am so good about taking my medicine. Only three more days to take it. Hope it has cleared up my ear infection. I go back to the doctor June 13th for a follow-up checkup.
