I woke up at 3am crying and having problems breathing because my nose was both stuffy and running.  Barbara gave me some medicine but I would not lay down because it was hard to breath, so for the next three hours I played or watched TV while Barbara held me in a sitting position.  We both finally slept from 6 to 9:30am.  I was bothered all day by my nose problem.  I did not have a fever or any other symptoms.  Mimz wondered if it was from the dust we have stirred up with all the carpet removal and she could very well be right. 

I would not eat breakfast.  I drank chocolate milk and apple juice.  I was hungry for lunch and ate well then.  I was in a good mood all day and played happily, just had to have my nose wiped every five minutes it seemed.

I have started asking what letters things start with.  Like: Santa Claus, pick-up, Jake, etc.  When Barbara said pick-up starts with a P, I said so does PaPa.   I am interested in letters.  Actually, I am interested in most things.

I played with my markers in a quick bath so I would be clean when Mimz picked me up.  We did not wash my hair for two reasons: 1. Mommy generally does that and 2. If I am catching a cold we did not want to maybe make it worse.
A funny thing: Mimz brought a toy catalogue for me to look through so I could start making a list.  I said, "Mimz, it is not December yet.  It is October.  Santa Claus does not come yet."

 At the mall Daddy rode the Merry-go-round with me.

I rode it three times.  Daddy and I helped Mimz shop for a new purse.  Then we went to Luby's for dinner.  I did not eat much.  I was getting tired since I did not have a nap.  My nose was still stuffy so Mimz put a humidifier by my bed.
