I helped Mommy fix my peanut butter and jelly sandwich for my school lunch, then I ate it.  So we had to fix another one.  It seems to help me want to go to school if I help get me ready to go.  Generally Barbara gets out two shirts and I decide which one I want to wear.  And I carry my backpack down the stairs and also carry it out to the car.
We stopped by Mimz home on the way to school.  She is feeling better and was glad to see me for those few moments.
I went into school happily waving bye to Barbara.  I did not turn to see her, I just waved my hand in the air as I marched into the school building with a teacher holding my other hand.
Barbara is generally the first "parent" to arrive to pick up their child.  We were still outside playing and she watched me play for several minutes before I saw her.  I smiled and kept on running with the other children.  I was not in any hurry to leave school.  Two teachers made comments to Barbara that I am talking more.
I fell asleep on the trip home, but woke up when Barbara was getting me out of my car seat.  I insisted on driving her car so for the next hour we sat in her car on the driveway while I wallered all over, sometimes in the drivers seat and sometimes in the passenger seat and once in a while I would climb over into the back seat.
I wanted my boots on, so Barbara brought them to me. It is harder to move around in boots but I accept that challenge.
We rolled one of my pickup trucks across the dashboard.
I mostly will not let Barbara read while we are in the car.  I want her to be watching me.  The way Barbara got me to get out of the car was to ask me if I would come help her put clean sheets on her bed.  I always want to help so I said, "Yes" and before I knew it I was locked upstairs and I knew I had been tricked into coming into the house.
My jumping on the bed did not make it easy to put on clean sheets but it was fun.  It was warm upstairs so we took off my long sleeved shirt and long pants.  I wanted my boots back on.
I picked out three books for us to read sitting on the bed and before we were finished reading all three, I was asleep... with my boots on.
 I like reading to myself.
This book was my mother's when she was a little girl.  It is one of my favorites.
Mommy wrapped up the last of her Christmas tree ornaments and I helped.  I broke one but it was not a special one.
Barbara went to bed and Mommy and I played on her bed for a long time.  I was not tired but Mommy was.  Finally I was up playing hard and the next second I laid down my head and was sound asleep.
