Mommy and Barbara think I am hilarious. Last night I was in bed when I decided I was thirsty, so I got out of bed, put on my cowboy boots and went to my big toy room to get my sippie cup. After I drank I took of my boots and got back in bed. First thing this morning I put on my boots, then went to the top of the stairs to let Mommy and Barbara know I was awake and ready to come downstairs to eat.
I got tired of standing so I got up on the table to play with Play Dough. I played nicely all morning, sometimes by myself, until Barbara told me I was going to take a bath. She said it could be with lots of toys or bubbles or any way I wanted, but I was not happy, not one bit. I cried like my heart was broken when Barbara pulled off my boots. And I cried the entire time I was getting a quick washing, quick drying, quick lotion, and quick diaper and socks.
I only quit crying after my boots were on my feet.
I said a couple of sentences this morning: "No Mommy, mine!" and "No, Barbie, PaPa's truck!"
Another little story: Barbara tossed Mommy's boots down the stairs. I excitedly went to my mommy and told her what had happened. She understood: "Barbara, Mommy's shoes, down" with a bunch of other words in between.
Barbara and I only had a short nap because the doorbell woke us up.
When Mimz came to pick me up we showed Barbara how I can play some games on her iPhone. They involved knowing colors and one called "Find Them All" which involved moving the screen around to find animals. Makes Barbara think she needs to update her phone.
We did not get to see GGM Lil today because she was napping. We did go to HEB grocery store, where I ate a cookie and was a very good boy. I fell asleep on the five minute trip home.
A very sad thing: Aunt Kristan's brother Brad died today in a skiing accident. He was a young man under thirty years old. So sorry for Kristan and her family.
