I slept in Mommy's big king sized bed but we really only needed a twin sized bed. Mommy would moved me to the middle of the bed but she said in just a few minutes I would move back as close as I could get to her. She finally gave up and we snuggled all night.
I woke up first and it only took me a minute to make Mommy wake up also. First thing I wanted was to put on my boots, then I was ready to eat.
We took Maggie outside and I wanted to stay out so we got in Mommy's car and I drove around the driveway.
Grandma, PaPa, and Barbara came over to get a piece of furniture. I was happy to see Barbara and insisted that she play kitchen with me and not help the others. Ater they left Mommy wanted to clean up the kitchen but I insisted that we snuggled on the sofa and watch Calliou.
In the afternnoon Barbara came back. We helped her empty her car and get her things upstairs. Then I showed Barbara my new Christmas toys. We played with Play Dough for a long time. For now we are just playing with one color at a time. I wanted to play with the dark blue color the most. I learned to take a small amount of Play Dough and flatten it, push down a cookie cutter, and peel off the excess. then I would lift the cutter and see what I had made.
We rolled snakes. We ran the dough through a little press and made a long square snake. I liked the smell but knew not to eat it.
It was 4pm before I took a short nap. Mommy went to the grocery store and to buy me some new sneakers while I slept.
After I woke up we ate dinner while Barbara read me a story. I am starting to like to hear stories instead of just looking at pictures and learning the names of the pictures.
I am glad Barbara is back. I have her wrapped around my little finger.
